- Winding head structure
The joint part of the main shaft of the machine head and the body of the machine head adopts the meshing positioning of the cone surface to maintain the rotation accuracy of the machine head.
The structure of the machine head is a centrifugal expansion block type, which is composed of the main body of the machine head, the expansion block, the expansion key, the pressure spring, the front cover of the machine head, and the rear cover of the machine head.
The material of whole machine head is made of aluminum alloy and stainless steel.
When the machine head rotates at high speed, under the action of centrifugal force, the expansion block supports the winding drum, and the fiber is wound on the surface of the winding drum.

- Cable arrangement
The movement of the spiral steel wire cable shaft is divided into rotary motion and reciprocating motion: the rotary motion is realized by the cable motor through the synchronous belt transmission, and the reciprocating motion is realized by the servo motor through the synchronous belt, rolling screw assembly and linear bearing transmission. The stroke of reciprocating movement is between 50-200mm, and the stroke of reciprocating movement can be adjusted by changing the positions of the two limit sensors.
- Cable unwinding device
The function of the off-line device of the roving wire drawing machine is to make the wire guide move towards the machine head at the beginning of winding, and the second is to make the winding process increase with the extension of time and the increase of the thickness of the silk cake.
The cable guide moves gradually to the right (also known as traversing).

- Oil mist lubrication device
Oil mist refers to oil particles suspended in a high-velocity air jet stream. The oil mist lubrication device is to introduce the dry compressed air from the compressed air pipeline into the oil mist generator and use the compressed air carrier to atomize the lubricating oil into fine oil particles suspended in the high-speed air jet flow by using the Venturi tube and eddy current effect.
Oil mist is delivered to each lubrication point.
- Pneumatic device
The pneumatic device of the direct twistless wire drawing machine and twistless roving drawing machine is composed of an air pressure switch, air pressure regulating valve, solenoid valve, executive cylinder, and pneumatic pipe fittings.
- Nose braking device
Electromagnetic energy consumption braking is non-contact and friction-free braking. Large braking torque and reliable operation. It inputs the DC power after radial step-down rectification to the stator winding of the motor, so as to generate electromagnetic torque opposite to the direction of rotation, so as to realize electromagnetic energy consumption braking.
- Spray device
The spray device in the wire drawing machine has line spray and head change spray.
The line spray is to atomize the deionized water into droplets with a diameter of 5-10μm, and then spray them in the direction of the approximate tangent of the nozzle. The function of the spray device is to clean the cable wires and prevent the wetting agent from forming a film on the wires.
The head change spray is to prevent the wool from falling on the wound silk tube when the tube is changed.
