The Main Devices and System Components of the Wire Drawing Machine
The high-speed wire drawing machine is mainly used to draw metal wires of different specifications. The electrical transmission part is composed of a drafting motor, a take-up motor, and a wire arrangement motor.
Other auxiliary parts of the equipment include a swing bar (tension frame), positioning wheel, line dividing wheel, reciprocating wire arrangement rod, etc.

Especially as components of electrical transmission equipment, they should be able to meet the usage requirements. For example, the drafting motor should be equipped with a corresponding frequency converter, and the winding motor needs to use a winding-specific frequency converter (with an external braking resistor).

When parking, the heavy disc is braked in the opposite direction to prevent wire breakage due to inertia, and the JOG function is used to achieve jogging work during threading operations.
