Heat treatment of wire drawing machine: For wires with excessive hardness or uneven hardness, the hardness must be reduced by annealing or tempering first, and the wire must maintain good hardness uniformity before drawing a mechanical device. The control system can provide a very accurate And smooth linear speed is valuable, and the wire drawing machine is one such device, and its system has very high requirements for speed control.

The entire system of the wire drawing machine is relatively complex, and the control equipment requires coordination between the various motors. The system is controlled by four servo motors, which can fully meet the real-time interaction between data.
