The inner wall of the drum is equipped with cooling water spray settings to reduce the residual heat on the surface of the steel wire transmission line drum after drawing. The drawing die is immersed in cooling edema to reduce the working temperature of the mold.

The casing cover of the pulley wire drawing machine also vibrates greatly. The vibration wave generated by the loosening of the casing cover during operation is also a source of noise. You can add an asbestos rubber liner between the fuselage and the casing, and at the same time, Tighten the screws on the body and hood.

Of course, operators can also bring their own earplugs. When producing screws, water is needed to clean the products, which generates a large amount of industrial sewage every month. This sewage contains chemicals such as acids, alkalis, and metal elements. If it is discharged at will, it will cause serious pollution to the environment.
