1. Steel Wire Feeding

5. Nail Point Shaping

The machine precisely forms sharp nail points through an integrated pointing mechanism. Uniform point geometry allows the nails to penetrate wood and other materials more easily while reducing bending during use.

6. Finished Nail Discharge

Completed nails are automatically discharged from the machine and collected for subsequent polishing, inspection, packaging, or additional processing. Continuous discharge ensures uninterrupted production and simplifies downstream handling.
