CO2 Gas Shielded Welding Wire Production Line
The CO2 gas shielded welding wire production line is mainly used to produce CO2 copper-plated gas-shielded welding wire with a wire diameter of 1.6-0.8mm. Pulling machine and I-wheel take-up machine, etc.

1. Pretreatment and Rough Drawing Production Line
Steel wire pre-treatment (including pay-off frame + Disordered wire parking device + Mechanical peeling and water cleaning + Electrolytic pickling and water cleaning + High-frequency drying) + LZ6/500 Straight line wire drawing machine unit + SG800 I-shaped wheel take-up machine ( or elephant trunk type take-up machine)
2. Fine Drawing Production Line

This set of equipment uses German technology, and its advantages are summarized as follows:
