630 Inverted Plum Blossom Take-up Machine
There are 2 ways of inverted plum blossom take-up machine:
(1) When the take-up pulley drives the lower bobbin frame to rotate synchronously, add a plum blossom take-up mechanism;
(2) When the take-up pulley and the bobbin rack rotate separately, the bobbin rack can achieve the running function of the plum blossom wire take-up while rotating.
Generally, the first structure is simple, economical, and practical.
The inverted plum-blossom wire take-up mechanism includes a frame, and a first reduction motor is arranged on the top of the frame. The output shaft of the first reduction motor drives a hollow shaft, and a drum is fixed on the hollow shaft. There is a pulley block, a deformer is arranged on one side of the pulley block, and a roller is arranged on one side of the deformer.
Application of inverted plum blossom wire take-up machine: It is suitable for pay-off and take-up of heat treatment lines, phosphating lines, and galvanized lines.

Features of Inverted Plum Blossom Take-up Machine
The machine is controlled by PLC driven by a frequency converter, with a single head and single control, which is easy for output management and operation.
There is a trolley under the frame of the inverted plum-blossom wire take-up machine. The panel of the trolley forms an angle of 5-8 degrees with the horizontal plane. A second deceleration motor is arranged on the lower side of the trolley panel. The output shaft of the second deceleration motor and the pinion gear connect.
A main shaft is arranged in the middle of the trolley, and a large gear is provided on the upper end of the main shaft, and the large gear meshes with the small gear.
A wire take-up frame bottom plate is arranged on the large gear, and a claw-shaped wire take-up frame is arranged on the wire take-up frame bottom plate.
