Operating Requirements and Daily Maintenance of Wire Drawing Machines
The wire drawing machines needs to synchronize the speed increase during operation. The tension needs to be kept constant during operation. The entire equipment needs to be synchronized when it is stopped to prevent wire breakage and tension relaxation. The safety production requirements of the wire drawing machine are disconnection protection.
Operating Requirements for Wire Drawing Machines
- The drawings and technical information of the wire drawing machine should be carefully read before processing, to avoid batch scrapping or waste.
- When performing wire drawing machine processing operations, the drawing direction and drawing surface should be carefully determined according to technical requirements, and the drawing abrasive belt should be selected correctly.
- Gloves should be worn during the entire processing operation, and attention should be paid to protecting the surface of the workpiece to prevent scratches and damage to the surface of the workpiece causing waste.
- The wire drawing machine directly draws the workpiece without cleaning it.
- Finished workpieces should be handled with care and packaged for layered protection to avoid damage to the surface of the workpiece.
- Clean the recycling waste box in time and ensure that the fan works normally.
Daily Maintenance of Wire Drawing Machine
⑴. Keep the outside of the equipment clean and hygienic, and check whether the gas supply pipeline and quick connector are in good condition.
⑵. Lubricate the upper and lower bearing seats and lifting screw (grease gun).
⑶. Drain the accumulated water in the air filter.
⑷. Check the abrasive belt and adjust the balance.
System Composition of Wire Drawing Machine
- The drafting motor of the wire drawing machine adopts the S011Z3 type inverter, and the winding motor adopts the S004G3 winding-specific inverter (an external braking resistor uses the operation command and output frequency signal of the host INV1 as the operation command and output frequency signal of the slave machine INV2). Frequency command realizes synchronous operation
- When parking, brake in the opposite direction for a heavy disc to prevent wire breakage caused by inertia.
