Emergency Handling and Safety Precautions for Wet Wire Drawing Machine
During the operation of the wet wire drawing machine, effective measures should be taken in time for some emergencies.
Operators should first be familiar with the location of the emergency stop button. When an accident involving personal or equipment injury that requires an emergency stop occurs, the operator should immediately press the emergency stop button, handle it properly according to the safety plan, and report to the leader on duty.
Note that an emergency stop is very harmful to the equipment and can only be used when personal safety and equipment safety are endangered. It is strictly prohibited to use it in a normal power-on state.
To operate the water tank-type wire drawing machine safely, on-site operators should be familiar with the location of fire extinguishers and fire water tanks and should use fire extinguishers and fire hydrants correctly.
When a fire occurs, use fire extinguishers and fire hydrants to put out the fire within a short period and report to the leader on duty.
Remember, operators other than their positions are not allowed to operate this machine without approval, and no one is allowed to dismantle or relax safety protection devices at will.
The inching switch of the wet wire drawing machine should be kept in good condition and should be placed in a suitable position when not in use temporarily to avoid accidental triggering.
When using the die-piercing machine, hands must not be placed on the rotating part of the die-piercing machine, nor on the roller of the die-piercing machine. The power of the die-piercing machine must be turned off in time after use. Protective glasses must be worn when making connections to prevent sparks from flying out and injuring people.
During the operation of the wet wire drawing machine, no operations such as lubrication, maintenance, or debugging are allowed, and no objects or debris are allowed to be stored on the equipment. Be careful not to get involved in the equipment and cause accidents.
Do not use plates with loose or damaged cores.
When loading the reel, the thimble should be pushed firmly, the safety pin should be tightened, the guardrail should be closed before driving, and no one should stand in front or behind the take-up reel.
When changing the disc, make sure that the water tank wire drawing machine equipment has completely stopped before it can be operated.
When placing the plate, take protective measures and check whether there are any people or objects in front of you to prevent accidents such as crushing.
During the startup process of the wire drawing machine, if there is an open flame caused by friction, it must be put out in time by hand.
If it cannot be extinguished by hand, you must first stop the vehicle cut off the power supply, and then use a fire extinguisher to aim at the root of the flame to extinguish it correctly.
It is strictly prohibited to use water to extinguish the fire to prevent electric shock.
