The inverted wire drawing machine is mainly composed of a four-wheel shelling mechanism, an adjustable cross-parabolic wire brush wheel, a closed rust removal chamber, a dry lubrication box wire drawing mold frame, and an electrical control system.

The wire rod is fed directly from the guide die, and after being shelled by the four-wheel shelling mechanism, it enters the closed rust removal chamber. The wire rod rust removal is completed by the high-speed rotation of two pairs of parabolic steel wire brush wheels set crosswise.

This structural design can make the surface of the wire as bright as new after two all-around rust removals. The effect is very significant. The brush wheel has a long service life. It is generally used continuously for more than 8 months, and it is also very convenient to replace.

The dry lubrication box drawing die frame has a lubricating powder box and a drawing die box. The additional forced lubrication device (patented) can make the surface of the material after rust removal coated with a layer of lubricating powder, forming an 80 kilogram of lubricating powder in the mold and forced lubrication tube.

High pressure can dissolve the solid lubricating powder into a semi-solid state. The lubricating powder can be firmly adsorbed on the surface of the steel wire, reducing the loss of the wire drawing die. The lubricating thickness can be adjusted, which is beneficial to subsequent processing.

Can be connected directly to the wire drawing machine. The whole machine adopts an adjustable base. There is no need to build a cement foundation. You only need to adjust the height of the whole machine so that the drawing die core corresponds to the drawing machine.

This forms a continuous acid-free wire drawing production line from wire rod feeding to bright yarn output. The shells that fall off the wire fall into the dust collection port and are collected. Rust residue is collected by a closed rust removal dust door and a vacuum cleaner.

Therefore, there is no dust flying when the whole machine is working, keeping the drawing workshop clean.
