Equipment Introduction
Double frequency conversion 24 die copper wire drawing machine ( small drawing machine ) adopts a horizontal design. It is driven by a main motor through a flat belt and connected to the main shaft of four tower pulleys and the take-off pulley.
The wire take-up is independently driven by a three-phase AC motor, realizing the principle of double frequency conversion synchronous stretching and winding.
The copper material enters the drawing room through the pay-off frame, and is drawn through the tower pulley and the wire drawing die.
The cooling method of the wire and the mold during stretching is spraying.
The copper material enters the take-up reel sequentially from the drawing pulley, counting guide pulley, tension rocker guide pulley, wire passing guide pulley, and wire arranging guide pulley.
The control of the take-up tension is the deviation signal provided by the tension pendulum, and the take-up frequency converter is controlled by PID to realize the double-frequency conversion synchronous take-up.
The electrical control system can set the number of meters to reach the automatic stop, emergency stop brake, disconnection brake, fault protection emergency stop and other functions according to the customer’s production needs.
The production speed is steplessly regulated by the wire-drawing frequency converter and the wire-receiving frequency converter.
The wiring mechanism is driven by an independent motor through a polished rod.
The braking system of the coiling part adopts electromagnetic braking.
