The elephant trunk-type wire take-up machine manufactured by YF Metal Tech is used for high, medium, and low carbon steel wire, copper wire, aluminum wire, and other wire rods with low tensile strength.
It is mainly used with straight-in type, pulley type, and water tank type wire drawing machines so that the whole drawing and unloading work can be carried out continuously.
If the elephant trunk-type wire take-up machine receives high-strength steel wire, a calibration die is added, thereby increasing the straightening and flatness of the steel wire.
The wire take-up machine drum adopts water cooling + air cooling, and the calibration dies adopt water cooling, which greatly improves the product quality of steel wire.
