Aluminum Gas Shielded Welding Wire Production Line Device Description

 

1. 800 Pay-off Machine

 

a. Adopt active pay-off technology, constant tension pay-off, frequency conversion speed regulation, and pay-off motor 7.5KW.

b. It adopts a pneumatic top-mounted I-shaped wheel, and pneumatic brake mechanism, and is equipped with a pressure loss protection device.

c. The fuselage adopts a frame structure, the overall boring is processed, and the work is stable and rigid.

 

2. 320 Tension Machine

 

Made of high-quality MC nylon, the outer diameter of the guide wheel is 320mm, with three upper and two lower configurations, the equipment is equipped with a displacement detection switch, and pneumatically controlled constant tension and the tension can be adjusted.

 

3. 400 Tractor

 

a. The equipment adopts a horizontal structure, which is easy to operate. The diameter of the roller is 400mm, the working surface is sprayed with WC, HRC≥58, and the surface is finely ground and polished.

b. The equipment adopts frequency conversion speed regulation control, and the motor power is 5.5KW.

c. Inclined mold box design, both horizontal and angular directions can be flexibly adjusted. The mold box adopts the method of manually adding lubricating oil.

 

4. Peeling Machine

 

a. Integral steel channel structure, integral stripping tool holder, adopts two stripping methods to strip the skin, effectively stripping the oil on the surface of the welding wire.

b. The diameter of the traction roller is 500mm, made of wear-resistant rubber material, used on both sides, and the service life is doubled, and it is matched with the nylon thread separation wheel.

The equipment is driven by frequency conversion and speed regulation, the motor power is 7.5KW, and a foot switch is provided for easy threading.

c. The equipment is equipped with three sets of circulation systems, one set of peeling tool circulation cooling, and two sets of drawing oil circulation lubrication, each circulation system is equipped with a circulation pump and a lower box.

 

5. Belt Cleaning Machine

 

a. The equipment adopts a double-head structure. The first head adopts the wet scrubbing method, equipped with a liquid supply box and micropump, and the second head adopts the dry scrubbing method.

b. Each head is equipped with a tape unwinding and take-up system, which can be started and stopped independently and work independently.

c. PLC control mode control, touch screen control mode, can flexibly adjust parameters such as belt speed and liquid addition amount according to needs.

 

6. 800 Wire Take-up Machine

 

a. Active take-up technology, constant tension pay-off, frequency conversion speed regulation, motor power 5.5KW.

b. It adopts a pneumatic top-mounted I-shaped wheel, and pneumatic brake mechanism, and is equipped with a pressure loss protection device.

c. The fuselage adopts a frame structure, the overall boring is processed, and the work is stable and rigid.

d. Adopt GP50 light bar cable arrangement, which can flexibly adjust the cable width, stroke, and pitch.

 

7. Electrical Control System

 

a. This set of equipment adopts PLC to control the whole set of equipment, frequency conversion speed regulation, touch screen control and display working parameters.

b. The equipment has functions such as start, stop, linkage, and linkage stop, and is matched with a disconnection parking device.

c. The frequency converter and other electrical appliances of the complete set of equipment adopt the mode of centralized cabinet installation, which is convenient for maintenance and technical management.

 

8. Safety Protection

 

a. Each piece of equipment is equipped with a safety protection door, which can be closed and locked or latched when working to prevent accidental damage during work;

b. The equipment is equipped with an air pressure detection switch. When the compressed air pressure is too low, the equipment will alarm and stop working to avoid accidental damage.

c. The equipment pay-off machine, wire take-up machine, and stripping machine are all equipped with emergency stop switches, so that the equipment can be stopped at any time before, during, and after an accident.

 

9. Rewind Machine

 

This equipment is used to rewind the cleaning belt purchased in the market onto a plastic disk so that it can be used on the belt cleaning machine.

The rewinding machine adopts a one-way motor to drive the rewinding, which can manually control the speed and strength of the rewinding.

It is equipped with a wire unwinder to rewind the tape evenly on the plastic plate (that is, 270 or 300 plastic plates), and then arrange the wire. The cable pitch and stroke of the controller are flexible and adjustable.
